The Attorney

Alexandra N. Mojado is an attorney specializing in Federal Indian Law and Tribal law. She is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation and a direct descendant of the Pala Band of Mission Indians.

Mrs. Mojado earned a B.A. degree in Gender, Ethnicity, and Multicultural Studies with a concentration in Native American Studies from the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona; a M.A. in American Indian Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles; and a J.D. with certificate in Criminal Law and certificate from the Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy Program from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona.

Mrs. Mojado is admitted to practice in the States of California and Arizona, and the Hoopa Valley Tribal Court.
